Job Description: 1 Take full responsibility for complete vehicle/subsystem level structural NVH simulations, including global and local NVH analysis, exhaust system, subframe, Engine mount, point mobility analysis, transfer path analysis, panel contribution, suspension mounting point dynamica stiffness, etc. 2 Take full responsibility for complete vehicle/subsystem level acoustic NVH simulations especially in the middle and high frequency band, including cabinet sould pressure level, components transmission loss, engine-noise, rolling noise, vibro acoustic potential analysis, wind noise, damping and isolation, etc. 3 Take full responsibility for vehicle dynamic NVH simulations, including vehicle dynamic behavior based on real load data, MBS simulation based on real road excitation with/without flexible bodies, damping and isolation, ride & handling, etc. 4 Understanding needs of customers, setting full vehicle NVH targets, solve the possible conflicts with other key attributes like ride & handling, durability or crash, support vehicle development teams in optimizing the NVH performance of their designs. 5 Tune CAE detail activity schedule with body/chassis design team and customers. Correlation of simulation results with physical test. 6 Responsible for proposal, tracking and problem solving for NVH simulation technical issues. 7 Technical support/report to PM Requirement · Bachelor degree (or above) in automotive engineering or mechanical engineering. · Minimum of 2 years experience in complete vehicle NVH simulation area, good knowledge in development of car body/chassis NVH performance, acoustics and SEA /FEM/BEM theory, car body/chassis dynamic performance, raw road data processing etc. · Thorough understanding of NVH structural physical test methodology and standards is preferred. · Familiar with at least one of the NVH solvers, such as Nastran, LMS Virtual.lab, ADAMS/CAR, AutoSEA/VA-One, CFX, Fluent, Pre/post-processor as Hyperworks experience is a must. · Experience in Abaqus, Ls-dyna, Radioss or other commercial FEA solvers is a plus. · Outgoing/confident nature and ability to work as part of a team. Should possess very high degree of self motivation. · Fluent in English, German preferred.
